Man Accused of Breaking Into Burlington Home Twice in One Day

A man tried to break into a Burlington home twice Saturday and charged with two counts of Felony Breaking and Entering.

BURLINGTON, NC (WFMY) - A Burlington man is accused of breaking into a home twice in the same day on Saturday, running away when approached by the people inside according to police.

Bobby Harvey was charged with two counts of Felony Breaking and Entering with Intent to Terrorize after he broke into the same home on Center Ave. twice, according to police.

Police responded to the 600 block of Center Ave. around 1:13 Saturday afternoon. A man and woman told police Harvey, 40, forced himself into the home and left once confronted by the victims. There were no injuries or stolen property.

An investigation showed Harvey also broke in earlier that day.
